Jason M. Murai is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law and a Certified Financial Planner™.

After years of working in corporate law, handling adversarial matters such as employment and civil litigation, Jason decided to start his own law firm so that he can focus his practice on helping people instead of constantly fighting with them. His practice is focused on proactive estate planning and trust administration legal matters. However, he does provide reactive services for people do not properly plan ahead for their passing, such as probate administration.

Jason is admitted to practice law in the state of California since 2006. Jason was certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law with the California bar in 2014. Jason has been certified as a financial planner since 2012.

Jason initially planned to be an elementary school teacher and worked for many years in the LAUSD and Torrance Unified School Districts before moving to Japan to teach English with the JET Programme. After completing his assignment and enjoying every moment of living in Japan, he resettled in Los Angeles and began his career in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law. He now lives in the Southern California area, raising two children and struggling every day trying to keep up with them.
